    A bright, 2 bedroom apartment with views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags to the south, the Royal Mile to the north, located on the Royal Mile in the centre of Edinburgh's Old Town.

    The property offers a comfortable lounge with pull out sofa bed, a light, fully equipped kitchen with dining space, 2 well-sized bedrooms and a bathroom.


    The accommodation comprises:


    The cosy lounge offers beautiful views of Arthur's Seat, fitted with a double sofa bed and smart TV for your enjoyment with DVD player and electric fireplace.

    The kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities offering a comfortable space to dine in with washing machine and dishwasher.

    The first bedroom offers 2 twin beds with plenty of storage space. Professionally cleaned, hotel standard sheets and towels are provided for all visits.

    The lovely second bedroom hosts a king sized bed with space for your possessions throughout your stay. There is also a desk. It has great views over the Historic Royal Mile from the top floor elevation.

    The bathroom in the property is light and modern with a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.


    About the location (Old Town, Edinburgh)


    There is plenty to see and do in Edinburgh and a lot of it can be reached easily on foot, making the apartment an ideal location to use as your base. With so many beautiful buildings and so much history to take in, walking is a great way to observe and explore the city, taking in the atmosphere and mixing with the locals, treading the same pavements walked by scores before you, including some very famous historic figures.

    The tour buses also give a unique perspective, covering plenty of the main sights and their tour guides are sure to give you an entertaining commentary with plenty of facts and stories. The city also has a good network of public transport, and there are always taxis if you need them. Edinburgh is a unique city and ideally suited to visitors. It is steeped in history, and we have so much to see and do that you will be spoiled for choice. Among many other things, we have world heritage sites, monuments, a royal palace, green spaces, stunning architecture, restaurants, museums, cafes, art galleries, theatres, a zoo, all kinds of shopping options and our own Castle!

    An important thing to know about Edinburgh city centre is that it is a town of two halves, old and new. The medieval Old Town grew up around the Royal Mile and many of the buildings date back to those times. As the population increased the wealthier residents increasingly wanted to escape the noisy and crowded accommodation and the New Town was developed with itas beautiful neo-classical architecture and wide streets. The gaps between the Old and New Town filled over time and the result is the eclectic and fascinating mixture of architecture you can see today.

    Don't forget to look up as you go about the city, you'll be amazed by the details on the buildings!

    Up to 6 months prior: refund of balance less 50GBP administration fee and initial instalment;
    Up to 56 days prior: 25% of balance less the initial instalment retained;
    Up to 30 days prior: 50% of balance less the initial instalment retained;
    Less than 30 days notice: non-refundable.
