The apartment is located within walking distance of the city centre near Haymarket.
5 minutes from Haymarket and a 15/20 minute walk to the West End of Princes Street, near Edinburgh Castle, and then only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile. Close by to the Haymarket Railway Station, it's a short walk to the Lothian Road with its many local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc. Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city.
This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are not allowed. Please respect the other residents.
Arrivals are from 3 pm and departures are up to 10 am. We will try to be flexible on these times and all requests will be considered although no guarantees can be given, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving the same day.
All bookings should be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings during the Edinburgh Festival, Deposit 20% then the balance 30 days before visit. (Refunds are only available if we can re-let the property.)
Cancellation Policy The initial instalment of 20% is non refundable. No refund due if cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. A partial refund is offered at our discretion if we can re-let the property.
