Please note that immediately following confirmation, you will receive a booking form that should be completed and returned within 7 days latest.

Please note that the Lead Guest must be over 18 years of age.

Please note that all properties are fully furnished and inclusive of bills however, bedding/towels/toiletries are not provided. Basic bedding sets can be rented from a partner company for a cost of 66 GBP (incl. VAT) per set. Each set includes a double duvet, two pillows, linen, two large towels, two hand towels and a tea towel. If a second set of linen/towels is required for a changeover, each set costs 33 GBP. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring their own.

Acceptable methods of payments are bank transfer, debit card (UK only) & cheque (UK only).
Please note that we do not accept payment of the balance by credit card/AMEX.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security/damages deposit of 500 GBP applies to all bookings. This cannot be used to pay the rental amount. This will be refunded to you once the property has been checked after you vacate. Any damage/missing items/extensive cleaning will be charge to your deposit.
