The contemporary kitchen has been finished to a high standard, with sleek cabinetry, dark stone-effect worktops, statement splashbacks and warm under-cabinet lighting. It is equipped with stand-out modern appliances such as the touchscreen oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with generous preparation space for home-cooked meals. King bedroom 1

Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted. The apartment is located in a residential area, and we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours at all times.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm, including TV volume and general activity, to avoid disturbing neighbouring properties.

Please treat the house with care and report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly. We kindly ask that the house is left in a reasonable condition at check-out.

Please note that the gated parking area directly in front of the apartment is private residents-only parking and is not available to guests. Access is controlled by individual resident fobs, and guests will not be able to open the gate. We kindly ask all guests to use the nearby public or pre-booked parking options instead.
