2nd time at this flat, really great flat with everything in it you could possibly want. great location for trains, trams and buses. very clean and comfy.

Staff at Edlets were extremely helpful at all stages of the booking and during the period of occupancy. The flat was beautifully clean and very well equipped, although I did miss an oven glove and the kitchen bin was incredibly small, even though we used our own bags to collect the recycling.

As the owner of my own holiday let in Chester. I am always interested to look at others...the towels were lovely, good quality and well laundered, though I thought it was a shame that the duvet and perhaps some of the pillows were not feather- personally I find the others rather sweaty. The master bedroom mattress was also a bit sad- we found ourselves always rolling into the middle but otherwise it was very comfortable. I hope you don't mind my complete honesty, but if no one tells you these things you will never know!

Altogether. we loved the flat, The location was good and it was fabulous having two parking spaces. I will definitely consider it for next year. We have returned the two passes and the three sets of keys, so could you please arrange for a refund of the 100 depoist which we paid for the third key.
