7 bedroom apartment - bainfield house, booked through edlets

We booked a 9 night stay with Edlets for our biennial trip, as a school group, up to perform at the Ed Fringe. This is our second time booking with Edlets and they have, again, been a superb letting agency to work with. Their helpfulness and communication has been first-class - shout-out to Ellie at Edlets who is so friendly, informative and fulfills all of her promises with regard to ensuring the necessary student-based arrangements. Securing accommodation during the Fringe is not cheap, but we feel that we got a good deal and although the flats are pretty basic, our students loved the independence that small group flat-sharing gave them (despite the presence of the teachers!). I have used other agencies to secure Fringe accommodation in the past but would only use Edlets now - they are excellent.

Edlets very helpfully matched us up with this after our previous accommodation from another booking agency cancelled on us last minute on a very busy weekend. Though student accommodation isn't luxury, this was clean and spacious and really good value for money, and having separate rooms meant it was great for a large group to come and go as they wanted. Facilities were good (lovely to have an en suite each) and we got an iron delivered to the room very fast when requested. There was a small amount of glass on the floor in the communal area when we arrived which one of us stepped on, so it would be good in future for cleaning staff to thoroughly check this. Overall I would stay here again.
