A further 15% of the total balance is to be paid directly to the host at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is then paid 90 days prior to arrival along with a 300.00GBP security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within a week after departure.

In the event of cancellation more than 3 months prior to arrival dates an equivalent to 10% of the remaining balance will be retained. If within 3 months prior to arrival, the full balance is payable.

Check-in is 4.00 PM and check-out is 11.00 AM

There is a CCTV Recording in the common areas of the apartment for your safety and security.
