We are letting out our house near Murrayfiield Stadium for the Edinburgh festival while we are away on holiday. We are registered with Edinburgh Council and have the appropriate temporary letting license.
The house is just 200m from the Balgreen Tram stop. Trams run every 7 minutes and you can be in the town centre in 10-15 minutes, making it convenient for people visiting or working in the Edinburgh Festival.
The house has two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. we also have a single temporary bed if needed which can be put in one of the bedrooms or the living room. There is a garden providing an outdoor space. There is usually ample free on street parking. There is good 5G mobile reception.

The accommodation comprises:

A large double room with double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. An additional single folding bed can be used in this room.
A second double room with large cupboard, under-bed strorage and desk.
A livingroom with sofa and dining table.
A kitchen with oven, airfryer, washing machine, fridge freezer and utensils.
A shower room and toilet.
A garden with lawn and paved area in front of the house where you can sit outside.
Usually ample on street free parking.
Gas central heating.

Views/Outlook

You can see Murrayfield stadium from our living room window. The street is lined with trees and gardens.
