The perfect flat from which to explore edinburgh!

This flat is a lovely mix of elegance - high ceilings, flagstone kitchen - with cozy touches - throw pillows and blankets. The light is absolutely gorgeous. And if there weren't so much to see in the city, I would have spent more time on the window seat with a book :-). The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are firm and comfy. The location in New Town could not have been more convenient. It is a short walk (although a bit of a hill) to the shopping on Princes Street, the Royal Mile, and in the other direction - the Botanical Gardens. Bus and train stations are also easy to get to for any exploring you have time for outside of the city. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and convenient markets - truly a gem.

A beautiful flat in a great location. So close to the city centre. Great patient hosts who would check in regularly and provided us with extra heaters when there were building heating issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous apartment equipped with all amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. Location is also great, very close to bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes.
We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying here again!

A gracious apartment in a quiet street with a good location ( though uphill!) into the New Town. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms very quiet as they overlook gardens. Would definitely stay again.

The flat has a beautiful decor, is very spacious and close to various services offered by the city. It is the best option to stay in Edinburgh and enjoy the tourist attractions and experience the local life.
