Fantastic location and spacious living

We had 7 people in Edinburgh for a family wedding. The Frederick Street apartment was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect and near all the activity. Who doesn't like walking out and seeing the castle everyday.

The place was very spacious and the living room was huge to host our family. I would 100% recommend this place!

We vacationed with another couple and this flat was ideal as it had two en suite bathrooms. The location is central, close to Princes St. and shopping, groceries and many restaurants and pubs were only steps away. You need to be aware, however, of the street noise, especially since the flat is located above a pub. The flat was lovely and spacious, but could do with a bit of maintenance. The dryer was unusable as the door was broken and wouldn't stay shut. There were no instructions with the washer, so we had to try some trial and error. Some lights were burned out in the bathrooms making it dark. The lights in our bedroom on either side of the bed weren't working. The back of the flat overlooks an alley with multiple trash cans. There is no trash service with the flat, so you need to bag it, carry it down a flight of stairs, and deposit it into one of the public bins. The kitchen was redone and fully equipped, but the knives were dull and there was nothing to sharpen them, and one of the ovens didn't work in the stove. Hot water for showers was not consistently available. Even with all of that, we enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that it's not a 5-star flat.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

Just returned from a lovely long weekend with the girls celebrating a big birthday. This beautiful apartment is in a brilliant location, just off Princes Street. We went in warm weather so had the windows wide open, and you can hear people on the street outside, but that didn't bother us too much. There is a co-op just opposite which was super handy and great restaurants a stones throw away.

The apartment is so spacious and has a beautiful feel to it. Would definitely stay again, no complaints at all.

We had a problem with one of the toilets on a Saturday afternoon and Edlets were brilliant and had a plumber to sort it by Sunday morning. They have been brilliant to deal with and would definitely book through them again.

The apartment was exactly what was described and more x

We were 5 friends, everything eas ok, the problem was the 1sr key which was very difficult to use and open the door. I would suggest you put black out curtains in the rooms. Thanks!!

In the heart of the city

This is a lovely, spacious flat superbly located right in the middle of the city. Acres of space, nice facilities and the perfect place to stay with the family on a trip to Edinburgh. Can’t really say a bad word, we had a lovely stay and it’s such a privilege to be so well located. Thank you.

Fantastic location with views of the castle. Lovely big spacious flat on the first floor. Great tub, amazing shower pressure.

The team at Edlets were very helpful with finding us a place in our price range.

Family trip to edinburgh

We travelled to Edinburgh for a family graduation. The flat is beautiful and spacious and was very comfortable for five adults. We wanted to be together and gather for morning coffee, evening drinks in the same space but still have privacy and the flat was spot on!

The living areas are well decorated and comfortable. The wifi is poor and affects the TV connection which runs through the wifi so this could definitely be improved. We wanted to watch morning rugby matches and had to use our mobile hotspots.

The bedrooms are spacious but not as well decorated and the linen and pillows are patchy but comfortable enough. The extra single beds take up a lot of space and the flat really isn't an eight sleeper, unless two were small children. The hot water does run out so eight would be a stretch.

The location is first class and we would definitely stay here again with a party of adults
