Very nice flat, great location. Great range of places to eat. Bus stop outside makes rushing round the festival easier.
Met by Clare who was helpful and sent a follow up email with further suggestions of places to visit.

We have been to the festival a number of times staying in different locations. Would defiantly recommend this flat and hope to use it in the future. Only one thing missing from the well stocked kitchen. A tea pot to make a proper brew.

Absolutely fabulous stay in our amazing apartment. We were here for the Fringe festival and to spend time with our daughter who lives in Edinburgh. The apartment was like a home away from home, a great space with everything we needed in the kitchen to be comfortable. Also a great location with a bus stop outside the front door and also an easy walk to all the action if we wanted. Best place ever!

We loved our stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is also very good for both the train and tram stations. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing to spend a few days in Edinburgh. Excellent value for money.
