The apartment has a high spec finish throughout with oak flooring, underfloor heating in the shower room, integrated audio system, Wi-Fi, secure entry system and residents atrium area for sunny weather or the little private balcony off the lounge. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a communal lift (elevator) or stairs. All doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair so the apartment would be suited for guests with limited mobility (Please call us to discuss your access needs).
The kitchen area is fully fitted with integrated fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Stocked with Raymond Blanc china and Viner's cutlery.
If you'd like to convenience of staying the centre of our beautiful city, but enjoy a quiet night's sleep and easy walking to all amenities then this is it. The bedroom looks out on the communal atrium where you can sit out in the sunshine among the planted trees and shrubs if you wish. If you'd prefer some privacy the apartment has a small balcony at the front which looks out onto Henderson Place.

About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)
Henderson Place is a quiet cul-de-sac, just off the bottom of Dundas Street which runs directly to the City Centre and George Street, Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street Gardens with the bustle larger shops, restaurants and pubs.
Situated within easy walking distance of the city centre this apartment is ideal for those who want to experience Edinburgh's city centre but retreat to a quiet haven at night.
There is a small supermarket (open 7.00 am to 10.00 pm daily) and an ATM on Dundas Street which can be accessed through the atrium and another apartment block. The New Town Deli on the corner of Henderson Row serves breakfast from 7.00 am as well as lunches to eat in or take away. If you're partial to fish&chips then the award-winning, 4 star, "Alba Dora" is just around the corner and the Cuckoo's Bakery on Dundas Street serves a fantastic selection of cupcakes.
The taxi rank is also across the atrium, on Dundas Street as are the bus stops if you want to go further afield, or don't fancy walking.
