Perfect stay for edinburgh fringe

Great location for stay over Edinburgh Fringe. I had a ground floor studio and it didn't really have functional windows but I guess that was OK as I wasn't there much. The studio has everything you need for light meals (hotplate, fridge, basic bits and pieces), good bathroom. 24 hr Concierge is a great service. Communication was clear and timely Would stay again.

Stayed here last year. Returned this year. Great location .Expensive for what it is even though it’s the Fringe. The room we had this year was very noisy with contractors wagons right outside our window as early as 6.30am! Complaint recorded at reception.

8 of us rented a mix of studios and 2 bed apartments for a week during the Edinburgh Festival. They were in a great central position, clean, and with very friendly and helpful student staff running the place. We all said we would be very happy to stay there again.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on a brief visit to the Edinburgh Fringe. The staff were very friendly. The studio was pretty comfortable and very clean. Surprisingly quiet at night for accommodation so near the centre in festival season.
Kitchen equipment was just about adequate for a stay of that length - toaster, kettle, microwave and hob - but only one frying pan - no saucepans. Anyone wanting to do proper self-catering would be advised to bring/be prepared to buy pans, knives, etc.
The bathroom was okay in all but the water pressure - the shower was faint at best, a thin trickle at worst.
