Elegant living room with large windows which are typical of historic Edinburgh properties. The living room is welcoming and cosy, with a plush teal sofa and a dining area fit for two, making it the perfect space to put your feet up with a glass of Scottish whisky after a busy day touring the city! Please note that, for your safety and to comply with local regulations, the wood burner in the living room is a decorative feature only and cannot be used during your stay.
Bright and airy kitchen, fully equipped for both long and short stays with a hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and plenty of space to cook up a storm if it takes your fancy! Adjacent to the kitchen, a utility room houses a convenient washer-dryer for added practicality.
Stylish bedroom, equipped with a sumptuous sleigh bed and decorated with joyful pops of colour. There is also direct access to a sleek en-suite bathroom complete with bath and separate shower.
Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.
Limited on-street paid parking is available and is chargeable from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Parking is free after 5:30pm on Friday until 8:30am on Monday.

Booking requirements One member of the booking party must be at least 25 years old.
Important This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of 200GBP is required prior to arrival. Given that there is no damage sustained to the property during your reservation, this amount will be fully returned 7-10 working days after your departure date.
