This 2 bedroom apartment in Inverleith features one king size bedroom, one single bedroom, a spacious living room and a kitchenette with a portable induction hob. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the 4th guest to use. One en suite bathroom and a shower room in the hallway.

The accommodation comprises:

Bright living room with two warm and snug sofas and a large wall-mounted TV. For those in a competitive mood, a selection of board games is available on the shelves next to the window. One of the sofas is a sofa bed that can be unfolded for nighttime use - please inform us at least three days prior to your arrival if you intend to use it, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Neighbouring the living room, a thoughtfully designed, compact kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find the standard appliances including a portable induction hob for quick and efficient cooking, a dual oven and grill microwave for speedy reheating, a fridge to keep your ingredients fresh, a kettle for your morning tea or coffee, and a toaster for perfectly crisp breakfasts.

Rustic master bedroom with contemporary decor offering an inviting king-bed perfect for a serene night's rest. Modern design, large windows and natural lighting in the room create a relaxing ambience to complete the paramount sleeping experience.

In the hallway, you'll also have access to the other bathroom offering another shower room to freshen up.


Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. Towels and linen are supplied. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.

This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of 250GBP is required prior to arrival. Given that there is no damage sustained to the property during your reservation, this amount will be fully returned 7-10 working days after your departure date.
