I travelled alone (vacation). They send the keys by mail. I have received the keys on time and without problems. I have chosen an adress in Edinburgh because I was there a week earlier in another location. Beautiful apartment in a very good location, close to Waverley Station and next to the Royal Mile. The apartament was very well equipped. It was spacious and confortable. It is a forth floor by stairs. There is no service in the way I understand it, but the owners provided coffee, tea, washing machine powder, and a welcoming wine, among other things. All the facilities mentioned in the web page were in the apartament. No complains. I had problems with one set of keys, but the owners left me two sets, and the second one was perfectly well. I would stay here again.
