Huge and beautiful apartment in an imposing Victorian building.

Great cafes and bistros are a short walk from the flat. Five minute bus/car journey takes you to the heart of Edinburgh.

There is secure parking for two cars. The local Tesco is a 3 min walk away and is open early until 10pm.There is free and fast wi-fi in all rooms.

The accommodation comprises:

Drawing room
The huge drawing room has original wooden panelling, high ceilings, ornate cornices and sash-and-case windows. The interior design is luxurious and welcoming. There is comfortable seating for 6 and two separate writing/computer areas.

Kitchen
The large, stylish kitchen has fitted units and has been completely kitted out with brand new, modern appliances and utensils. It has a distinctive scrubbed wooden table that can seat at least six comfortably.

Main bathroom
Lovely large family bathroom including: bath/shower; a vintage-style sink and toilet, tongue-and-groove panelling and beautiful blue glass around the bath.

Shower-room
The shower-room is a bright space with a mirrored wall, white wall tiles and a slate floor. A heated towel rail ensures your towels (and you) are warm when you emerge from the shower.

Bedrooms
There are three individually styled double bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a King-sized bed,vanity table and seating area;
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and leather sofa;
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and beautiful wood surrounds.

Welcome breakfast pack provided - typically croissants, jam, cereal, porridge & fruit.

We regret that we cannot allow smoking - we want to keep the apartment special for all our clients now and in the future.

We try to be flexible about pets. Please let us know your requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

There are two parking spaces at the back of the building for clients to use.

Payment
After the initial instalment of 12% of the total price is paid to confirm the booking, a further 20% of the remaining balance is due immediately with the remainder due 1 month prior to arrival.

Security Deposit
Returnable security deposit of 250GBP may be applicable.
