The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite facilities. The twin room has a twin/double bed conversion, fitted wardrobes and a spacious family bathroom adjacent. Bed linen and towels provided.

About the location (Seton Sands, Port Seton)
Directly opposite the beach, Seton Sands is one of Haven's more scenic parks. With walking distance to Seton Woods, the Sandy Walkway, the Canty Burn and the Longniddry Railway Path which leads to the historical town of Haddington. Nearby is the Aberlady Bay Local Reserve & further afield the John Muir Country Park.
A regular bus service runs from the park entrance directly into Edinburgh city centre (roughly a 30-minute journey).
Grocery shopping in the co-op supermarket is less than a mile away in Port Seton. Asda and Aldi in Tranent and Tescos in Musselburgh. Further afield is Fort Kinnaird retail park.
The Seaglass Inn bar and grill in Port Seton offers a classic pub environment with late-night hours on weekends. The Longniddry Inn has traditional Scottish fare and a relaxed atmosphere. And the Waterside Bistro in Haddington features a rustic-chic interior and a riverside setting serving eclectic Scottish dishes.
Close by is Glenkinchie Distillery whisky making, tour & tasting. The National Museum, of Flight for world-class aviation collections including Scotland's Concorde. The picturesque medieval fortress of Dirleton castle with its beautiful gardens to explore. And the volcanic plug of North Berwick Law, the Scottish Seabird Centre and iconic Bass Rock with puffins and Northern gannets.
The Park has 9-hole golf course with a par-3 links-style course that offers panoramic sea views. It also has a tranquil fishing lake with carp and direct access to the rocky beach and rock pools of the Firth of Forth.
There are two heated indoor pools in the park. One for general swimming and one with a giant tipping bucket for a splashtastic time.

No stag or hen parties on this family-orientated park. No smoking or vaping in the accommodation. No dogs allowed on the furniture or bedding. Quiet times between 11pm-8am must be observed. The information booklet must be read before using appliances. Alarms must be set on entering and leaving the caravan. All items must be removed from the fridge and freezer on departure. All bins must be emptied at refuse collection on departure.
Accidents or damages must be reported to the owner immediately. Issues with water, gas or electrics must be reported to a member of Seton Sands staff. Issues involving personal safety or suspicious behaviour must be reported to Seton Sands Security staff.
