About the location (West End, Edinburgh)
A quiet, yet extremely convenient location provides the ideal home for both the business and leisure visitor. Easy access to Haymarket station and less than a minute walk from the Airlink bus stop and tram stop on Shandwick Place.
There are supermarkets and a variety of great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants just around the corner. Numerous tourist attractions are within walking distance, including Edinburgh Castle, EICC, the Usher Hall and Princess Street Gardens. George Street is a 5-minute walk away featuring leading shopping attractions, restaurants, bars and clubs.
Arrival and departure Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am on your day of departure. Checking in - CODE ENTRY: Our buildings operate on a keyless entry system - access to both the building and your apartment is with a four digit code.
Payment Full payment of the total is due on booking and is non refundable policy. If payment cannot be taken using a valid debit or credit card the property manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Please make sure a valid debit or credit card is provided at the time of booking including date of expiry and valid e-mail address is provided so we can contact you. Payment can be made the following methods: AMEX/Credit Card/Debit Card
Payment details For booking longer than 14 nights a non-refundable deposit of 250GBP - 1000GBP will be required on booking. Once full rental has been received, this deposit will then be held as a refundable security deposit that we hold against damages and any liabilities. Please note that your original deposit does not count towards your full rental. Group Reservations of 4 or more apartments are subject to 20% non-refundable deposit and remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets We have a no pet policy.
Accessibility Please note: There are no lifts/elevators in our buildings with the exception of St Andrews Square, where the lift is accessible from the first floor.
Sofa beds Sofa beds are available in certain flats with a charge of 15GBP per night for the extra linen.
Luggage Storage Luggage can be stored at our office on Hanover Street during office hours.
These are self catered apartments. Detailed information and instructions for each apartment can be found in the Welcome Book which is located in the living area. Our office is located in the City Centre at Hanover Street, just a few minutes walk from most of our buildings. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am to 5pm.
