    Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

    This Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the temporary rental of the property specified below. Please carefully review and acknowledge your acceptance of these terms before proceeding with the rental:

    1. Property Information:
    The property subject to this Agreement is located at Moira Terrace.
    It will be rented to the Guest ("Tenant") for a specific period as indicated in the booking details.

    2. Rental Payment:
    The Tenant agrees to pay the agreed-upon rental amount before check-in. Payment methods and due dates will be communicated during the booking process.

    3. Security Deposit:
    Upon booking, a security deposit may be required to cover any damages or excessive cleaning expenses. This deposit will be refunded within ten working days after check-out, provided no damage or violations of the Agreement terms are incurred.

    4. Check-In/Check-Out:
    Check-in time is 4 pm on the start date of the rental period, and check-out time is 10 am on the end date. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability.

    5. Use of Property:
    The Tenant agrees to use the property solely for residential purposes and treat it carefully, adhering to all local laws and regulations.

    6. Occupancy and Guests:
    The maximum number of occupants is limited to 4 persons. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.

    7. Smoking and Pets:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A smoking violation will result in a fee of 200 GBP. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of 200 GBP.

    8. Noise Complaints:
    Excessive noise that disturbs neighbours or violates local noise ordinances will result in a fee of 100 GBP, and you will be escorted from the premises.

    9. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    The property will be cleaned and maintained before your arrival. The Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property's cleanliness during their stay. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee of 100 GBP.

    10. Late Check-Out:
    Check-out time is strictly enforced. A late check-out fee of 100 GBP will be applied if the Tenant does not vacate the property by the specified check-out time.

    11. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation terms are outlined in the booking confirmation. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a portion of the rental payment may be non-refundable.

    12. Liability and Insurance:
    The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the rental period. The Tenant is encouraged to secure travel insurance.

    13. Termination:
    Any violation of the terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental Agreement, with no refund of the rental payment.
