A beautiful flat with a privileged location, the communication with Margaret (the owner) was excellent, I would definitely stay here again. I felt at home during my stay. I strongly recommend it.

Myself and my partner travelled to stay here for a city break. This is our second time staying in this apartment and we would definitely recommend it to others.
The host, Margaret, is great at keeping in touch and checking in to make sure all is okay. The keys are in a key safe to collect on arrival which is great.
The apartment is very clean with good facilities and it makes for a very comfortable stay.
The apartment is in a great location with easy access to public transport and parking is available too but it still makes a nice steady walk to Princes Street etc. There is a supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants all within a street or two. There is a lovely loch to have a wander around just down the street. Edinburgh hot spots are all close by.

I enjoyed a two week stay here, a comfortable and clean apartment, exactly as described. Good transport links and within walking distance of the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great 12 day stay, spotlessly clean, well equiped and economical. Transport links, shops, bars etc all basically on your doorstep. The bed was extremely comfy too. I would definately recommend staying here and I will definately be back next year.

We were two couples staying over the New Year period and were very happy with the apartment. It is within walking distance to Princess street and only a short distance from supermarkets and cafe's. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here. It's exactly as described. The decor, set up and cleanliness was spot on. She also had everything in the house you could possibly need.
The apartment is also close to bus stops and city center as mentioned.
Overall, we couldn't recommend this place more!
