A super stockbridge flat

We have just passed a very pleasant month in this perfectly situated studio flat in one of the most elegant streets of Edinburgh’s New Town. The studio is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and is made all the more so by having a separate dining kitchen, shower room and walk in store. Danube Street’s architecture is a joy and is only a short walk from the Water of Leith with its walkway and from the pubs, cafes and restaurants of Stockbridge. It is also most convenient for Edinburgh’s Botanical Gardens and Inverleith Park. The attractions of the Old Town, Prince’s Street and the Castle are also within reasonable walking distance. As vegans we were delighted to discover an Italian owned vegan restaurant ‘Nova Pizza’ on nearby Howe Street….just saying !

We enjoyed our stay at Danube St. The flat was warm and very comfortable and a great location to explore the New Town and Old Town on foot or using public transport. It's an easy walk from Stockbridge and the Scran and Scallion which is well worth a visit or two.

We would definitely recommend Danube Street to any friends visiting Edinburgh.

Fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished, very well equipped, really cosy and excellent location.

Due to professional reasons, I have been travelling to Edinburgh every 2 months for the last year. This apartment is by far the best one I have met in Edlets.
