Awesome group accomadation with a brillaint location

Where do I start, David was a fantastic host, accomadating all 13 of us, even ensuring there were extra air beds available.

Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook & clean with.

Beds were comfy and bathrooms equipped with toiletries!

The flat was the ideal location to explore the city from, almost a 10 minute walk from anywhere.

Would highly reccomend for large groups!

I rented this flat for my theatre group while we took part in the Edinburgh Fringe festival in August 2017, and it was a fantastic experience.
The apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, and provided with far more than we could have hoped for; hair dryers and straighteners were in every room, and the kitchen was well stocked with food as well as utensils. The beds were very comfortable, and all the linens and towels were of a very high quality.
The landlord was incredibly friendly and helpful - one of the lights in the living room broke during our stay, and he wasted no time in sending an electrician out to fix it.
I would recommend this apartment 100% to groups visiting Edinburgh at any time of year. Being right in the middle of Old Town it's an easy walk from just about every major landmark, and in Fringe season it's surrounded by popular venues.
I will definitely be coming back!

The flat was very large and accommodating. There were 4 family members and each of us got out own room which was great as we'd been bunking together in some of the other places. The only things that I think are an easy fix: Maybe a book that gives instructions on questions (ie. Wi-Fi password - instead of searching for router and looking on back), shower door did not want to stay shut (should be easy fix). The only other thing that is not fixable is the 4 floors (actually 2 but there are 8 flights of stairs to 2nd floor) that you must haul your luggage up and down.
Best part, from 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom, you can see Edinburgh Castle perfectly!
