    4 night stay in luxury 2 bedroom apartment

    The reason for our trip was a holiday with friends. We were
    4 adults.
    The self check-in was efficient.
    We were all very disappointed. This is not nearly the luxury
    accommodation that was advertised.
    It was not clean. There was black mould in the bathtub, and
    the bottom of the shower glass was grungy. The floor in the
    bathroom was dirty as evidenced by the dust and grime in the
    corners. The shower in the ensuite bathroom flooded over the
    inadequate shower base creating work to clean up after each
    shower. An irresponsible guest could cause some damage.
    Walls were scuffed and there were adhesive marks on the
    wall opposite the kitchen, left from something taped to the
    wall.
    The carpet in the halls was dirty and there were snags in the
    carpet at each threshold.
    Thresholds were scuffed and dirty.
    There was not adequate paper towel and laundry detergent
    and it took a phone call and an email to remedy this.
    Two coffee cups were chipped.
    I do have photographs of these issues if you are interested in
    seeing and correcting these problems.
    This accommodation was not at all suitable for our purposes.
    It was not a pleasant space to relax after a busy day. The
    furnishings were sparse and unattractive and it was not
    clean.
    We would not stay here again and we will not recommend
    it to our friends.

    Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the disappointment in your stay. This apartment is scheduled for refurbishment next week as we realise that there is some work to do. I have taken on board all your points and will ensure everything is addressed by maintenance & housekeeping.
    We would really appreciate the opportunity to show you that we can provide a home from home experience and if you would like to book again we can offer an extra 10% off your stay by way of apology.
