    Located on the lower ground floor with a terrace accessed from the kitchen, this stylish serviced apartment forms part of a beautiful georgian townhouse conversion.

    Professionally managed and finished to the highest standard, this property provides a classic Edinburgh base with all modern appointments including flat screen TV and free WiFi internet access.

    The accommodation comprises:

    Spacious living room with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining area

    Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, and utensils, refrigerator, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen has access to a terrace at the rear of the property.

    Master bedroom with king size bed, LCD TV and ensuite shower room

    Second bedroom with king size bed

    Third bedroom with a king size bed

    Main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, free toiletries.

    A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard providing fresh towels and bed linen and a welcome pack is included.

    Extra bed for 1 person is available at a charge of 15 GBP per night, please request on booking

    About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)

    The apartments are located on Queen Street in the heart of Edinburgh's
    Situated half a kilometre from Edinburgh Waverley rail station,
    Edinburgh Airport is 7 and half miles away and there is easy access to the airport via the Airlink bus and tram stops located on Princes Street, just a few minutes walk away.

    A variety of bars, restaurants, shops and pubs can be found within 5 minutes' walk from the apartments.

    The iconic Edinburgh Castle with its beautiful gardens is located less than half a kilometre away. The vibrant Edinburgh city centre is a 5-minute walk from the apartments.

    Arrival and departure
    Check-in is from 3pm.
    Check-out is by 11am on your day of departure.
    Checking in - CODE ENTRY: Our buildings operate on a keyless entry system - access to both the building and your apartment is with a four digit code.

    Full payment of the total is due on booking and is non refundable policy. If payment cannot be taken using a valid debit or credit card the property manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Please make sure a valid debit or credit card is provided at the time of booking including date of expiry and valid e-mail address is provided so we can contact you. Payment can be made the following methods: AMEX/Credit Card/Debit Card

    Payment details
    For booking longer than 14 nights a non-refundable deposit of 250GBP - 1000GBP will be required on booking. Once full rental has been received, this deposit will then be held as a refundable security deposit that we hold against damages and any liabilities. Please note that your original deposit does not count towards your full rental. Group Reservations of 4 or more apartments are subject to 20% non-refundable deposit and remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

    We have a no pet policy.

    Please note: There are no lifts/elevators in our buildings with the exception of St Andrews Square, where the lift is accessible from the first floor.

    Sofa beds
    Sofa beds are available in certain flats with a charge of 15GBP per night for the extra linen.

    Luggage Storage
    Luggage can be stored at our office on Hanover Street during office hours.

    These are self catered apartments. Detailed information and instructions for each apartment can be found in the Welcome Book which is located in the living area.
    Our office is located in the City Centre at Hanover Street, just a few minutes walk from most of our buildings. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am to 5pm.
