A wonderful detached two-bedroom cottage is located in Elie, on the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. With a private garden and just 400 yards from the Elie beach, this is a great holiday location.
Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with extendable dining room table & chairs and wood flooring. The contemporary fitted kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and all the crockery/glasses/kitchenware you could need for your stay. The lounge is very comfortable, with a 4-seater corner sofa bed (can sleep 1-2), wall mounted freeview TV with Amazon Prime TV & Netflix, and DAB radio.
Off the hallway is the king bedroom, with adjoining twin bedroom - both are well furnished, with alarm/clock radio and hairdryer in main double bedroom, and wall-mounted TV with built-in DVD player in the twin bedroom. Also off the hall is the refurbished bathroom, with excellent shower.
Patio doors open out to the small sheltered courtyard garden, with table and chairs for relaxing in the sun - a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Elie's typically sunny weather.
Laundry facilities are provided, with washer/dryer in the utility store, iron/board/hi-dri available and outdoor washing line. The property also has a travel cot and high-chair available on request.
Having been recently refurbished and upgraded, the cottage is fully double-glazed and has free Wi-Fi internet access.
The cottage is all on the ground level and located down a short gravely path, so offers a nice quiet stay, suitable for all ages.
There is free on-street parking outside the property.

Located at the Earlsferry end of Elie, it is in a quiet location just off Links Rd next to the golf course. It is just a two minute walk from the award winning blue flag sandy beach and the well regarded 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant. It is an ideal holiday base for couples and families alike to enjoy Elie & all that Fife has to offer.
Pets are welcome, subject to agreement and an additional fee of 25GBP. If you would like to bring your pet, please advise this in your enquiry, so that we can amend the quote accordingly.
