A great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay immensely, the place is just the right amount of walking from the old town where I was working while I was there, long enough to get a bit of a workout but not so much you end up catching the bus.

The house was spacious and comfortable, in an area right next to a very big Sainsbury's and a street nearby with a collection of stores and restaurants for eating.

I had a lovely stay here at Rossie place. I was working at the Festival Theatre so it was a lovely 30min walk to work but also only a 30min walk to Portobello beach so locationally perfect!
It is a basic but functional flat & Robert was very helpful & responsive & accommodating of my check in needs.
Very little noise in the quiet neighbourhood, very safe, even the walk to & from work, I don't finish until 23.00 & the the walk to the beach was equally fine.
Supermarkets nearby along with coffee shops and cafes shoukd you wish... very easy, slightly uphill walk to old Edinburgh & the Royal mile.
Considering hiw expensive Edinburgh has become AND if being the peak season I thiught the flat was a good deal.
My only improvement would be investing in a new matress.

A cozy stay for my study in edinburgh

I stayed at this accommodation for four months, and overall, it was a great experience. The place was accurately described on the website and offered a spacious living area with most basic amenities needed for daily living. I was particularly impressed by the recently upgraded heater and the double-glazed windows, which provided exceptional warmth and insulation during the winter months.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, within walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh and the University of Edinburgh. It was also conveniently located near bus stops, and the train station was only a 20-minute walk away. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

While the cleanliness standards were decent, the place tended to accumulate dust quite easily. Having a vacuum cleaner available would have been a welcome addition. Moreover, the lighting in certain areas was a tad dim, and brighter light bulbs would have enhanced the overall ambiance.

Despite these minor concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would eagerly choose this accommodation again in the future. If you're planning a short stay or a holiday, I can confidently recommend this place as an excellent choice for a memorable stay in Edinburgh.

I stayed here for a couple weeks while looking for a longer term place and it was well worth it! Good price for what was provided compared to many other places. I would definitely recommend if you are in town for a longer stay and like to be able to cook for yourself a little and do some laundry! And Bobby was great too!

Lovely flat in a perfect location to explore the city

Bobby is an excellent landlord and any issues with the flat were solved quickly. A lovely place to stay for 3 months while settling into a new job. The heater in the living room is very poweful - excellent for January!
