They are also come equipped with a flat-screen TV with Free view channels and a DVD player so that you can relax. These modern style apartments also have a fully fitted kitchen for self catering.

Situated just 10 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley train station the apartments are easily accessible. Free internet comes as standard.

A few properties available that can accommodation 6-7 people. These 3 bedroom townhouses are situated 40 yards off the royal mile. 3 bedrooms that can be set up with double or twin beds (the top bedroom has 3 beds), 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, there is a spacious living room, a further bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen/dining area. Each townhouse comes fully furnished and has one parking space.

Royal Mile Apartment (2 bedroom with mezzanine level / Sleeps 4-6)
This apartment is set up with two bedrooms with double or twin beds and a mezzanine level in the lounge where are other 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, there is a spacious living room, a further bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen/dining area. The apartment comes fully furnished and has one parking space.

Royal Mile Apartment (2 bedrooms / Sleeps 4)
2 bedroom apartments situated 40 yards off the Royal Mile. These properties have 2 bedrooms with double or twin beds, main bathroom, living room and fully fitted modern kitchen and either 1 or 2 bathrooms. Each apartment comes fully furnished and has one parking space.

Card details (credit/debit) are required for the security deposit on the week of their arrival. Failure to provide these details means you will not be sent check-in details.

The apartments you are staying in are in a residential area, please be considerate to other residents and keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. This also includes the stairwell and communal area.

No loud music or noise, no congregating in one apartment (large groups). Access to the garden is forbidden for any activities and BBQs.

If we receive complaints regards to severe noise and anti-social behaviour this may result in a penalty being charged to the card you provided for your security deposit. In the worst case, the noise team and police will be called which may result in guests being evicted from their apartment.

The storage bin should be kept tidy and locked at all times.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or buildings. Please be mindful of the residents and smoke away from the building and dispose of cigarette butts correctly.
