Was visiting as was working for the week at the Festival Theatre and staying with colleagues. We had a lovely time. Kitchen was better equipped than any serviced apartment I've been in before. The host was incredibly helpful and very flexible. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an absolute lovely time at this establishment. The landlord was extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we had questions he was there to help us and made moving and out very smooth. The location was very good, close to grocery stores and it felt safe. Compared to other short term lets it was still a bit expensive because it’s Edinburgh and a good location in the city but it was a great deal compared to other places we had looked at so it seemed very fair. Overall great experience the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was in great shape. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to host Linda and her friends that were studying from the USA , they were very respectful of the property and answering any queries they had was no problem at all, I would welcome them back anytime.

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Edinburgh! It was our families first time visiting Scotland and the location was in a perfect spot for us to walk and see the things on our list or take the Tram to the concert we were going to. The host met us when we arrived and helped recommend places to go and eat and was always in touch with us. The place was roomy and perfect for our family of 5 and we saw the best sunrise out of one of the bedroom windows! The host also had some treats and things for us to munch on which was most thoughtful and appreciated so much! We all cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Everything was perfect!!

I was delighted to host Debbie and her family, I was upset to see the delay on her flight which meant her short trip was made shorter and was happy to leave a welcome pack of treats because of there later arrival, I would be happy to host again anytime
