Fabulous stay

This flat provided a comfortable and fabulous stay for my group during our time at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival! It's in a quiet location, a good space for 4 people, and the host was very communicative. My only critique is the price, but I don't fault the host for the pricing. Housing in Edinburgh during the festival is a premium cost. This was a very good flat for our time in the city during the month of August.

Hi Joseph, thank you for your kind words about the quality of the flat. We made a big effort to get it freshly painted and purchased new bed linen and towels for your stay. You were also delighted with the view of Arthur Seat from the kitchen window and the large welcome pack.
I agree with you, flats in August in the Capital city are expensive. In part, this is because we need to apply for a special licence and incurr costs for that. I checked with Edlets and they confirmed my property is very competitively priced for the time of year.
