After payment of the initial instalment, the balance is payable to the property host 2 months prior to arrival.

If cancelled between 1 and 2 month's prior, 50% of the balance is refundable. If cancelled within 1 month prior to arrival, the full balance is payable (no refund).

Payment of the balance should be made via BACS or PayPal and a 10% security deposit is also applicable.
