St. Albans Coach House (1 bedroom, sleeps 2) This charming original 19th century coach house forms the centre piece of the mews. The building has been extended in a sensitive manner to provide a fully contained one bedroom apartment comprising: Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom with bath, 1 bedroom, separate WC.
St. Albans Mews Cottages (4 bedrooms, sleeps 7) Six new built mews cottages each with its own garden. St. Albans Mews Cottages have been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, combining a sense of home comfort with new technology and security. Each cottage comprises: Living room, Kitchen/Dining area, Shower room, Bathroom with bath, 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 single). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
St. Albans Villas (3/4 bedrooms, sleeps 6/8) The St. Albans villas were built in the grand "Scottish Style" favoured by Edinburgh's wealthy Victorians. Architecturally they are magnificent buildings, largely constructed in sandstone with bold classical details. Each apartment comprises: 3/4 bedrooms (Master bedroom en-suite), Drawing room, Dining Area, Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom.
South Oswald Road (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) Two truly luxurious 2 bedroom fully furnished properties, each comprising: hallway, open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining, 2 double bedrooms (master ensuite bathroom), bathroom with shower.

Please note that the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the check-in date or payable immediately if the check-in date is within 8 weeks of confirmation.
The full balance is payable for any cancellation made within 8 days of check-in date. A £250.00 refundable security deposit is payable via credit card on arrival and these funds will be released upon departure, providing no damages have occurred during your stay and the property is left in a satisfactory condition. Any damages that should occur during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Please note that these accommodations do not accept hen or stag parties. The property manager reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel your booking and apply the appropriate cancellation fee should it be discovered that your party is a hen or stag party.
