    Oozing style and class, this two bedroom lodge is nestled in the picturesque Fife countryside.

    Soft colours with hints of the Scottish allure create a calming space to relax in.

    Floor to ceiling windows frame the beautiful countryside that envelops three sides of the lodge.

    Excellent open space with a fabulous living and dining area, which offers amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Patio doors open to an outside dining area, so you can grab those days of sunshine! Sit out on a balmy evening and watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand.

    Indulge yourself with our excellent library of books, board games and DVDs. Sit back, relax and watch your favourite movie on our TV!

    Both bedrooms are en-suite, one has a fully fitted double shower room and the other a shower over the bath. The rooms come with comfortable beds which can be made up as twin beds or super king-size beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms, tartan bed throws, cushions and blinds, and convenient wooden bedside tables with lamps create a cosy space.

    Fife offers the most stunning coastal walks for all ages and abilities. Not to mention amazing sightseeing tours, brilliant family days out, fishing, cycling, the list of attractions and activities just goes on!

    An non-returnable instalment of 30% (subject to a minimum of 100GBP) of the balance is payable immediately after booking.
    The balance of the rental is payable eight weeks prior to arrival.
    For bookings made less than eight weeks in advance, the total balances payable on booking.

    Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, by bank transfer or by cheque.

    In the event that you have to cancel, our cancellation policy is as follows:
    Up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival, and funds paid to date will be forfeited.
    Within 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the full balance will be taken and is non refundable and non transferable.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

    Your lodge will be ready for you by 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated not later than 10 am on the day of departure. Early arrival and later departure are by prior arrangement only. Please note that late departure will incur a charge of 45GBP per hour, which will be charged to your credit/debit card.
    We will be available on site to meet you between the hours of 4 pm and 6 pm on your arrival date.
    If arriving outside of these times please contact us as soon as possible to advise, and to make alternative arrangements for keys to be collected.

    The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated and agreed on at the time of booking.
    Children over the age of 2, not sleeping in a travel cot, count towards the total number of guests.
    Guests are welcome to visit but must not stay overnight.

    Clients are reminded that all of the lodges are strictly non-smoking to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
    All traces of smoking must be removed from patios/gardens etc by the hirer by the end of their occupancy.
    Anyone found to have been smoking in the lodges will be charged a fee of up to 200GBP for a deep clean to remove the smell of smoke for fellow guests.

    Credit card details will be held in lieu of a refundable security deposit, or ask for payment of the security deposit with the balance of rental.
    This is held in case of unreported breakages, loss or damage to items within the property together with any excess cleaning or refuse disposal required after occupancy.

    No pets or animals are permitted on the premises.
    Anyone found to have pets in lodges will be charged a fee of up to 200GBP for a deep clean for the comfort of future guests.
