This charming one-storey lodge has been designed to accommodate disabled visitors looking for luxury accessible holidays. It has been carefully designed to allow ease of use and flexible spaces, without feeling clinical.

Although it is ground floor accommodation, there's no shortage of magnificent countryside views! With two bedrooms, this luxury self-catering, disabled holiday lodge accommodates up to four guests.

Furthermore, it is a fantastic choice for a romantic weekend or family holiday in Scotland. Our beautifully furnished lodge offers free Wi-Fi throughout, has ample parking and is near to St Andrews.

The open plan kitchen and bright living area is a great space for socialising with family and friends. Here, natural light spills through large windows and a floor-to-ceiling glass door. You can step out from here to your own private patio; sit back and enjoy this peaceful setting with stunning views of the Scottish countryside.

Furthermore, there is a cosy living area with comfortable sofas, tartan scatter cushions and throws. This is the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing drink, or to enjoy entertainment from our selection of books or DVD's, plus our flat screen TV!

The large kitchen has all of the mod cons you need for your stay. With a dishwasher and washer/dryer, to an oven, microwave and plenty of storage space it is a home from home. Sit at the dining table for dinner with friends or family, or head through the patio doors and enjoy a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset.

Also, all of our self-catering lodges have twin beds that can be transformed into a comfy super king size beds. Each of the two bedrooms has warm neutral décor with Scottish tartan curtains and cushions. Additionally, there are large windows that offer lovely views of the garden and rolling countryside.

Furthermore, our disabled self-catering lodge has been carefully designed to offer ease of access for wheelchairs. With a small incline ramp leading to the front door, additional grab rails, and a carefully designed wet room you can relax and enjoy your stay with all the comforts of your own home. Contrasting colours distinguish different surfaces and heights to make it easier for you to navigate around this luxury lodge and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Terms

An non-returnable instalment of 30% (subject to a minimum of 100GBP) of the balance is payable immediately after booking.
The balance of the rental is payable eight weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than eight weeks in advance, the total balances payable on booking.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, by bank transfer or by cheque.

In the event that you have to cancel, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival, and funds paid to date will be forfeited.
Within 8 weeks prior to your arrival, the full balance will be taken and is non refundable and non transferable.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Your lodge will be ready for you by 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated not later than 10 am on the day of departure. Early arrival and later departure are by prior arrangement only. Please note that late departure will incur a charge of 45GBP per hour, which will be charged to your credit/debit card.
We will be available on site to meet you between the hours of 4 pm and 6 pm on your arrival date.
If arriving outside of these times please contact us as soon as possible to advise, and to make alternative arrangements for keys to be collected.

The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated and agreed on at the time of booking.
Children over the age of 2, not sleeping in a travel cot, count towards the total number of guests.
Guests are welcome to visit but must not stay overnight.

Clients are reminded that all of the lodges are strictly non-smoking to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
All traces of smoking must be removed from patios/gardens etc by the hirer by the end of their occupancy.
Anyone found to have been smoking in the lodges will be charged a fee of up to 200GBP for a deep clean to remove the smell of smoke for fellow guests.

Credit card details will be held in lieu of a refundable security deposit, or ask for payment of the security deposit with the balance of rental.
This is held in case of unreported breakages, loss or damage to items within the property together with any excess cleaning or refuse disposal required after occupancy.

No pets or animals are permitted on the premises.
Anyone found to have pets in lodges will be charged a fee of up to 200GBP for a deep clean for the comfort of future guests.
