We stayed at Ben and Ollie's place for the Fringe and it was really conveniently located to easily walk to most show venues. The place is small, but smartly designed, and it has all the facilities one might need. It was really clean and tidy, and despite being reasonably close to the Royal Mile, the neighborhood is rather quiet at night. We would totally recommend it.
