3 impressive bedrooms are all kitted out with flat screen TV's and large beds to enhance your stay and make it as comfortable as possible.

The bright, open-plan, stone fronted kitchen has seating for 6 and is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and Nespresso machine, featuring a separate fridge freezer and wine cooler.

The living room is the perfect room to sit back and entertain yourself with Sky TV, Blu Ray player and Bluetooth speakers. Alternatively, if you want to switch-off from technology board games and books are also provided.

The Quartermile complex is extremely impressive and modern in its style which allows for such impressive large windows.

The apartment also has access to a free underground parking space with direct access to building, and can be accessed through the lift.

Whilst we welcome younger guests, we require that the lead guest (whom must check in at the property and be present for the duration) is aged 30 years or older.
Late/Early Check in/out charges will apply should the guest want these add ons.

We reserve the right to vet all guests.

We require the names and ages of all guests
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.

Payment
The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card. The remaining balance can be made by Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Transfer. Please note that we request all bookings valuing over £3,500 be paid via bank transfer.
Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions. Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus bank fees.

To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 35% is due upon booking, with the balance 42 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately.
After payment of the 10% initial instalment via edlets.com,
25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.

In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 42 days of arrival date) as shown on the confirmation invoice must be paid to us at the time of booking.
This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out in our terms and conditions.
The balance of the cost of your stay (the amount shown on the confirmation invoice less the deposit) must be received by us not less than 42 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in section 11 below will be payable.
A damage deposit of £850 is due 7 days prior to your stay and will be fully refunded, pending no damage or deductions, 7 days after your departure.

Between 6 & 3 weeks till arrival deposit payment + 50% of accommodation price
Less than 3 weeks till arrival deposit payment + 100% of accommodation price
