The front door of the property opens into a large welcoming hallway from which the spacious living room, with a view up towards the Burns Monument, is accessed. It has been furnished with plenty of seating, which includes a very comfortable sofa bed if the option of sleeping accommodation for 5 people is required. There is a TV with freeview, DVD player with a selection of films to choose from, iPod player and Wi-Fi access.
Off the living room is a large well equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a small dishwasher and a washer dryer. There is also a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle and the owner has provided plenty of cookware, china, glass and cutlery for guests wishing to eat in the apartment. The room is furnished with a solid oak dining table and 5 chairs.
The master bedroom has a super king sized bed with the flexibility to be made up as twin beds on request. There is plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite shower room with cubicle shower, toilet and basin.
