    Newly renovated kitchen equipped with everything you need for your self catering city break including microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is seating for up to 10 at the dining table plus a breakfast bar for two.

    Separate utility room with a washer/dryer.

    3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room);
    1 twin bedroom.

    Family bathroom with excellent power shower;
    Further separate WC.

    The house comes with a free private parking space in the garage.

    A real high point of the property is that it features its own private, beautifully maintained garden.

    Stockbridge is an extremely sought after area of Edinburgh and there aren't many places we'd rather spend the afternoon taking a mosey along its cobbled streets.

    Every Sunday, The Stockbridge Market is held at Saunders Street, a mere 10 minute walk from the house. Sample some of Edinburgh's finest street food and browse and buy some striking and gorgeous crafts to take home with you.

    Also extremely close to Dean Village and the Dean Path, not to mention the Scottish National Galleries of Modern Art and the Royal Botanic Gardens which are all a tranquil mix of peace, culture and nature within the city.

    The Townhouse can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children.

    Whilst we welcome younger guests, we require that the lead guest (whom must check in at the property and be present for the duration) is aged 30 years or older.
    Late/Early Check in/out charges will apply should the guest want these add ons.

    We reserve the right to vet all guests.

    We require the names and ages of all guests
    This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.

    Payment
    The initial booking deposit payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card. The remaining balance can be made by Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Transfer. Please note that we request all bookings valuing over £3,500 be paid via bank transfer.
    Bank Transfer - no charge for UK transactions. Non UK - please ensure any bank transfer fees at your end are added to the invoice amount plus bank fees.

    To reserve the apartment, a total non-refundable booking deposit of 35% is due upon booking, with the balance 42 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the balance is due immediately.
    After payment of the 10% initial instalment via edlets.com,
    25% of the remaining balance is due directly to your property host.

    In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 35% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 42 days of arrival date) as shown on the confirmation invoice must be paid to us at the time of booking.
    This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out in our terms and conditions.
    The balance of the cost of your stay (the amount shown on the confirmation invoice less the deposit) must be received by us not less than 42 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in section 11 below will be payable.
    A damage deposit of £500 is due 7 days prior to your stay and will be fully refunded, pending no damage or deductions, 7 days after your departure.

    Initial payment is non refundable
    More than 6 weeks till arrival deposit payment only
    Between 6 & 3 weeks till arrival deposit payment + 50% of accommodation price
    Less than 3 weeks till arrival deposit payment + 100% of accommodation price
