As you enter the main living area you will be astounded by the views, brightness and spaciousness of the room, with floor to ceiling windows allowing light to flood in creating an open and airy atmosphere. A comfy set (3+2+1) of imported Italian leather sofas awaits you. Your entertainment needs are met with 65" Sony 4K flat screen android TV with BT channels, WiFi and Chomecast. In addition there is an XBOX 360 with an array of games.
The open plan living area allows you to keep things sociable, and the modern and fully fitted kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own culinary treats. The kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences and essentials are provided, such as a dining set, pots pans, baking trays, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Salt, Pepper etc.
The dining area is furnished with a large beachwood arrangement consisting of 8 pace setting, a bureau and high backed chairs and overlooks the Firth of Forth;
Off the hallway there are three large bedrooms, decorated in neutral tones with plentiful guest storage, accommodate up to six guests in a super king size (handmade in UK mahogany bed with handmade tufted mattress) and 2 double beds.
All bedrooms have large en suite bathrooms, each with a walk in shower. If that is not enough there is a family bathroom with large tub for you to relax.
In addition to the beds in the bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the living space allowing an additional 2 guests a good night's slumber.
The balcony has two full sets of double patio doors, so you can open up the apartment and enjoy a warm summer's day and a breath of fresh sea air and take in the views of the Forth Bridges and Burntisland, across the water.
Parking Dedicated underground and external parking, where you can leave your car and travel to the city centre with ease and not to worry about parking or parking fees in the city centre.
About the location (Newhaven, Edinburgh)
Leith is a vivacious area jam-packed with delicious delis, chic drinking spots, and top restaurants boasting some of Scotland's finest chefs. The district asserts a jovial attitude and hosts an eclectic mix of people and cultures, making each a visit a unique experience.
The area is famed as the location of the 5-star Royal Yacht Britannia, a fascinating royal residence berthed alongside Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre.
