Our two-bedroom characterful apartment hosts comfortable bedrooms with a king bed and a double bed. Close to the city, and looking right into the quiet royal park. Comfortable furnishing add a great ambiance. The reinstated wood panel window shutters in the bedrooms will ensure a good nights sleep, especially during Scottish summers.
The fully-equipped modern kitchen provides you with the opportunity to be bold and creative with your meals, and the roomy living room and dining area make a great environment to spend time enjoying yourself.
In the property, you will also find a modern bathroom fitted with a generous shower and sink, toilet, and large mirror cabinet.
For infants we can provide a high chair, cot (travel cot) and baby bath. Please request these at time of booking.
About the location (Holyrood, Edinburgh)
Abbeyhill and Easter Road are very busy areas of Edinburgh bustling with cafes, bars and transport links to the centre of town. Mostly made up of traditional Victorian tenement buildings it's easy to tell this part of the city has been around for a long time. With easy access to the Royal Mile and the Edinburgh's Old Town in one direction and The Shore (Leith) in the other it is an ideal place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.
Most places are within walking distance of the property.

Please respect the neighbours, and DO NOT make significant noise or play loud music/television after 9pm or before 8am. Anything above 75db is too loud.
