A bright and sunny two bedroom apartment (sleeps 1 to 4) within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, and night life.
There is an excellent bus service right beside the apartment; alternatively, it is a leafy walk through London Road Gardens and Calton Hill to Princes Street, or a short walk over Abbeyhill to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament.

The accommodation comprises:
Open plan living / dining / kitchen area: - the living area has a sofa and two easy chairs and TV with Freeview; - the dining area has a table that seats four; - the kitchen area is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave; - there is also a utility room just off with washing machine & sink.
There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The beds can be moved together to make a double bed in each bedroom.
The shower-room is tiled and has a wash-hand basin, toilet and standard-size shower (no bathtub).
Towels & linen provided
For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Once you have paid the initial instalment via Edlets, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards from the property host to confirm your booking. You will be asked for 25% of the balance to be paid with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival (or the full amount if your stay is within 6 weeks).
A returnable security deposit of £150.00 is also applicable.
