Absolutely immaculate apartment!

My family of six and I stayed here for four nights and loved every single fine detail about the accommodation. It is within walking distance of the old town, the castle and many other of the attractions offered by this phenomenal, historical city. The architecture in Edinburgh is the best in the world!

We were enormously grateful to the host, Armando for his kind attention to every detail. Thank you very much and we shall undoubtedly return to your beautiful city some day soon.

We stayed at the Apartment for two nights, 8 in total in the group. The location is ideal very close St. Andrew Square Tram stop. Its within walking distance of Grassmarket (if you like a nice walk.)
Extremely clean Apartment and were greeted by a very informite host.
Great value for money when split between the 8 of us.
The area its in has lots of bars and cafes near by and there is also a Tescos Extra about 10 mins walk away.
I couldnt recommend it highly enough.

This spacious apartment was spotlessly clean and even larger than it appears in the images. The kitchen was beautiful, well-stocked and with everything our family of 8 needed. Three bathrooms were a definite bonus! The twin room image only shows one bed but has two. The host, Armando, was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent - right in the city center and a short walk from everything, including a convenient tram stop. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat and only wish we could have spent longer there.

We loved the spacious apartment, perfect for our group (6 people) as two bedrooms had ensuites which left the third bedroom to use the third bathroom. Living room provided a space for all of us to gather after a day of sight seeing. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was amazing. Able to walk to everything and a short walk from the train station. We had come for the Hogmanay / NYE celebrations which were only one block away. Armando and the team at Edlets were quick to answer questions and very helpful. Exceed our expectations!

We travelled to Edinburgh to perform at the Fringe festival
there was 6 of us staying in the apartment.
We are a group of dancers and their support the apartment
was excellent.
Its really spacious with comfortable beds and lovely areas to
socialise in. The Living room and kitchen were well equiped
and made great social spaces. The apartment is in a great

location just 10 minutes walk from waverly station and within
walking distance of all Edinburgh's attractions and the city

centre.

We were greeted by the host who went out of his way to make

us feel welcome and comfertable. He showed us how to
access the building and pointed out where thing were.

Over all the flat was generally clean but some things could have

done with extra attention like the salt& pepper grinders and the

blinds and tops of headboards were quite thick with dust.

The kitchen could have done with more clean tea towels.


These were minor issues really and something i hope will be

listened to.

Overall we had an excellent stay in a great central location.

We would stay here again.
