The apartment overlooks the Meadows, which plays host to many acts during the festival period. It is a 8 minute walk to the Grassmarket and 12 minutes to the Royal Mile and is a 15 minute walk from Princes Street. There are many local amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants, theatres and museums in close proximity to the apartment.

Parking is available opposite the apartment at £1.40 per hour (free from Friday 5.30pm till Monday 8am) alternatively there is out of zone parking approximately 10 minutes walk in the Grange area of Edinburgh.

Bus links are fantastic from the apartment. The number 41 bus can be located approximately 250 yards from the flat which takes you directly into Central Edinburgh via The Royal Mile and onto Princes Street and George Street.
