3. Cancellation Policy 50% refund if cancelled up to 1 month before the arrival/check-in. Free cancellation if cancelled earlier more than 1 month before the check-in.
4. House Rules No smoking and drugs use inside the property. No pets allowed unless agreed in advance. No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours: e.g., 11 PM to 7 AM.
5. Cleaning & Maintenance The property must be left in reasonably clean condition. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Guests may be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
6. Safety & Liability The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests must ensure the property is securely locked when unattended.
7. Utilities & Internet Utilities (electricity, water, gas) and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. Fair usage is expected. Excessive use may incur additional charges.
