    This commodious, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is conveniently situated in Edinburgh's West End - ideally located for those arriving in Edinburgh by train (alight at Haymarket) or coming by air. The Dalry Gait development is based round a converted distillery and provides excellent modern accommodation with private off street parking.

    The accommodation comprises:

    This generously proportioned apartment can accommodate parties of up to seven. It has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom, which is furnished with a King sized bed, also provides plenty of space to erect a cot or a camp bed for a child. It has an ensuite shower room, with toilet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom houses 2 sets of bunk beds, providing excellent family accommodation. A second bathroom provides a bath and shower over plus toilet and basin. A foldaway single bed can be provided to allow a 7th guest to stay.

    The well equipped kitchen has a Fridge/freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, cooker and microwave as well as a good range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils should you wish to spend an evening in. It opens onto the large living/dining room, which is furnished with comfort in mind with large comfortable sofas and chairs and flat screen satellite TV with BT & freeview, DVD and CD players. Please note that WiFi Broadband is also available.

    Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished and have granite walls and floors and all modern appliances.

    A new, state of the art kitchen has just been installed also - updated images to follow.

    About the location (West End, Edinburgh)

    5 minutes walk to Princes Street and the West End. 1 minutes walk from Haymarket Train Station & Tram Interchange.

    There are a variety of good restaurants (including Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, Italian, a Steakhouse a Bistro and Scottish) within a couple of minutes walk of the apartment. Other local facilities include a large supermarket and plenty of smaller shops including a chemist, post office, dry cleaners and an internet cafe.
