Great apartment! Here for a weekend break . Perfect location for exploring the city. A parking space was a big bonus. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed and very warm. Would definitely stay here again.

Our sons wedding

We were staying in Edinburgh for our sons wedding,and stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment with family and friends. The pictures on the wed site do not do the accommodation justice as the apartment is extremely spacious and easily accommodates 8 adults, it was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a home away from home, it is modern and well equipped. The bathrooms had plenty of lovely fluffy white towels and the showers were perfect for us.

The apartment is within walking distance of Princess Street and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants there is also private parking which was great for us.

I would definitely recommend this apartment, in fact some of the other guests at the wedding stayed in 2 other apartments which were also beautiful.

We will definitely us Edlets again as they were very helpful.

Was impressed with apartments, they are very spacious, clean and close to the centre of things! Check in was very easy too. We would definitely use again the next time we come to Edinburgh.

While in Edinburgh for work I had family and friends to visit and thought this appartment would be perfect and while it is a large modern appartment with parking it is not value for the money paid.
The check in process was confusing and the location was not as expected when booking.
The appartment was spotlessly clean but uncared for in general maintenance, missing skirting board as you walk in the appartment, damage to the walls revealing metal, and the communal areas we needed to walk through were in very poor condition stained and smelly.
The letting company staff were friendly and professional but the property was not welcoming with hotel surplus tea, coffee and milk and limited kitchen utensils making it difficult to cook a family meal.
I wouldnt stay in this property at this price again.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms have great showers. Kitchen is well equipped with crockery however we had to go out and buy a chopping board and potato peeler as these weren't provided.
All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend.
