    A fantastic main door central 'A' listed apartment with patio garden spread over 2 floors and quietly located in the sought after area of Edinburgh's central Georgian New Town and only a few minutes walk of all the attractions. This apartment is ideal for large groups and families that are looking to stay in a comfortable traditional luxurious Edinburgh apartment with all mod cons.

    The Dundonald Apartment is approached from the street via a wrought iron gate where stone steps descend to a patio garden area to the front.

    The lower ground floor consists of a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms & store room.

    Stairs descend to the basement which features a further bedroom, hall, store, kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar, living room, generous family bathroom.

    This property is ideal for a family, business stays, performers and professionals.

    The property is central but also on a beautiful and quiet street.

    This central property has just been redecorated and has brand new furniture (since these photos were taken) including beds and bedding, all very high quality and from John Lewis.

    The property is located on Dundonald Street which is a beautiful Street in the Edinburgh New Town.

    We could not have asked for a better location for our long weekend stay up in Edinburgh. Perfectly situated in a beautiful part of the city, the apartment was a mere five minutes walk from Princes Street. Edlets were fantastically helpful in ensuring everything was prepared to suit our needs (there were ten of us), and frankly we didn't want to leave afterwards. Immaculate in presentation, delightfully comfortable, and with a kitchen to die for, it was the perfect base of operations for our visit to the Fringe and I'd heartily recommend it to anyone at any time. It worked out to be the same price we would have ended up paying for a hostel. Cheap bunking with strangers vs. a gloriously refined slice of domestic bliss? It's a no-brainer.

    About the location (New Town, Edinburgh)

    Conveniently situated in the east of the Edinburgh's prestigious Georgian New Town.

    A cosmopolitan range of shops, restaurants, galleries and bars are close at hand on Broughton Street, while Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, Jenners and the designer shops of Multrees Walk and George Street are a short walk away.

    The Playhouse Theatre and Omni cinema complex are also within easy reach. Pleasant walks can be enjoyed at nearby Calton Hill, taking in Holyrood Park, Sailsbury Crags and Arthur's seat while the walkways of the Water of Leith and the Botanic Gardens are also easily reached on foot.

    From the top of Leith Walk there is direct access to the A1 leading to East Lothian's sandy beaches, golf courses and other sporting activities while the city bypass is also very accessible providing quick and easy routes to Edinburgh International Airport and the motorway links throughout Scotland and to the south.

    The main bus station and Waverley Railway Station are a short walk away. The George IV Park is nearby which provides excellent facilities for children of all ages.
