Cancellation
The initial instalment of 10% is non refundable.

50% refund of the total cost (minus the initial instalment) if cancellation occurs at least 4 weeks before arrival;
25% refund of the total cost (minus the initial instalment) if the cancellation occurs between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival;
No refund due if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
