    Local shops, cafes & restaurants are aplenty and for recreation, the Fountain Park Complex with multi-screen cinema is only a short walk away. Fountain Park also provides leisure and eating facilities too. For direct connection to South Gyle and Edinburgh Airport, the new tram connection is available.

    Once you have paid the initial instalment via Edlets, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards from the property landlord to confirm your booking, the security deposit is 250.00 GBP. This will be held under the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
