Send us information about your property including:

The property address and postcode

A description of your property including the sleeping facilities available (No. of bedrooms, No. of single beds, No. of double beds, sofa beds), the title of your property, what your property comprises, about the location, history, views and features list.

The dates your property is available from and to.

Up to 8 Photo's of your property (digital photo's sent by email are best however we do accept hard copies)

The Reservation Process

Prospective Guest send an accommodation request through the edlets website or by telephone.

An email is sent to the accommodation provider requesting price and availability.

The accommodation providers response is then emailed to the prospective guest.

The prospective guest accepts or declines

If accepted the guest fills in the reservation form pays the booking fee which is a percentage of the full accommodation fee and treated as our commission.

We send a reservation confirmation email to the guests and the accommodation provider

The remainder of the accommodation fee is then payable to the accommodation provider on arrival.
